Rise & Shine Hills, LLC is a family-owned farm in Hallsville, Texas, and we’re thrilled to present our first season of Holiday Markets. Each market will feature on-site Christmas tree sales, family activities, delicious food, local makers, and plenty of festive cheer.
To create a beautiful and cohesive experience, all vendors receive an 8-foot table and black tablecloth, and outdoor vendors are provided with a black 10x10 tent.

Vendor Details & Pricing Information
Our Holiday Markets offer flexible booth options for both indoor and outdoor vendors. Indoor booth pricing is $80 for one date, $140 for two dates, $200 for three dates, or $240 for all four dates. Outdoor booth pricing is $40 for one date, $70 for two dates, $100 for three dates, or $120 for all four dates. All fees are non-refundable, and if your application is approved, payment will be due by November 24th. An invoice will be emailed directly to the address you provide.
If you select “Other” under Product Category or require more than four booth spaces, please include those details clearly in your booth setup description so our team can review your needs properly.

Vendor Eligibility
Vendors are encouraged to grow, raise, make, or craft their own products.
Rise & Shine Market reserves the right to respectfully decline any application that does not align with our mission, values, or space limitations.

Licensing & Permits
All vendors must comply with applicable state and local regulations. Required documentation varies based on the type of product you sell. Please review the categories below to ensure you have the proper permits and certifications.
All Vendors
Sales Tax Permit required for any taxable goods
Liability Insurance is highly recommended for all vendors, regardless of category
Fresh Produce, Herbs, Flowers & Plants
No special license typically required
Must follow standard agricultural and handling guidelines
Meat, Eggs & Dairy
State-issued permits required for the sale of all meat, eggs, or dairy products
All items must be properly stored, labeled, and transported according to state regulations
Baked Goods, Prepared Foods & Cottage Foods
Cottage Food License required for in-home production
Food Handler’s Certification required for food prepared outside of a home kitchen or for resale
Must follow all local food safety laws and labeling standards
Artisan Goods & Handmade Crafts
No food permits required
All items must be safe, clean, and appropriately labeled
Wellness, Skincare & Body Care Items
Products must be clearly labeled with ingredients
Vendors must ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
Farm-Grown or Vertically Integrated Products
Must meet all agricultural, production, and labeling guidelines
Any food items must follow the food safety and handling rules listed above
Vendor Setup
Setup: 8:30 AM | Breakdown: 2:00 PM
Standard vendor booth are 10’×10’
We Provide:
One 8 ft table, One black tablecloth for all vendors
One black 10×10 tent, One chair for outside vendors only
Electricity
Limited electrical access is available
Must be requested in advance
Vendors are encouraged to bring an extension cord
Booth Presentation & Safety
Displays must remain clean, safe, and professional at all times
All items and décor should fit within your assigned space
Aisles must remain clear for guest safety
Any additional equipment must be stable and secured
Attendance & Punctuality
Setup: 8:30 – 9:45 AM (arrive no later than 9:00 AM). No early breakdowns. No-shows may forfeit future spots.
Sustainability Expectations
As a sustainable farm, we encourage all vendors to help us protect and care for our environment. Please avoid single-use plastics when possible, use compostable, recyclable, or reusable packaging, minimize waste by keeping your area clean, and encourage customers to bring reusable bags and containers.
Sales & Taxes
Vendors are responsible for setting their own prices, collecting all payments, and managing their preferred payment methods, which may include cash, cards, Venmo, or similar options. All vendors are required to report and remit applicable sales tax in accordance with state regulations.

Profane, discriminatory, or unsafe merchandise
Amplified sound without permission

Vendors are encouraged to share event flyers and post on social media

Communication
All vendor communication will be sent via email and/or text
Last-minute cancellations must be made by 6:00 AM on market day
Repeated no-shows or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the market
Code of Conduct
Be respectful to customers, fellow vendors, and staff
No smoking or vaping
No loud, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior
Help maintain a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
Cancellations
No refunds for vendor-initiated cancellations
If the event is cancelled by Rise & Shine Hills, vendors will receive a voucher for a future event booth
Acknowledgment
By submitting a vendor application, you agree to follow all rules and guidelines above.
Agreement will be digitally confirmed within the application form.
