From hands-on farm classes to our vibrant farmer’s market, and through the sale of our pasture-raised beef, fresh eggs, local honey, and quality livestock feed, we strive to foster a deeper understanding of where our food comes from and how it’s grown. As dedicated stewards of the land, we are committed to regenerative farming practices that restore soil health, increase biodiversity, and naturally sequester carbon, all while reducing our carbon footprint. More than just a farm, this is a place to gather, learn, and grow — preserving a proud legacy and inspiring future generations to care for the earth and one another.
Committed to Education
At Rise and Shine Hills, we believe in going the extra mile to discover the best ways to grow our produce, raise our animals, and regenerate our land. This commitment means we are always seeking new knowledge and embracing innovation. We’ve partnered with experts at universities like Texas A&M, LeTourneau, and Stephen F. Austin to develop an agricultural model we believe in — one that’s rooted in science, sustainability, and tradition. But we don’t stop there. Our goal is to share this knowledge with our community by offering hands-on classes right here on the farm, giving others the tools to learn, grow, and care for the land alongside us.

We offer a broad selection of products that are grown, born, raised, or built right here on the farm. From grass-fed beef, free-range chicken, and farm-fresh eggs, to local honey, assorted jellies, firewood, livestock feed, and our very own Rise & Shine Hills merchandise, each item reflects our dedication to quality, sustainability, and careful stewardship. While our product list continues to grow and evolve, our commitment remains constant — to your health, our integrity, the well-being of our animals, and the health of the land. The Venue
Seasonal Markets
We have so many local vendors in our
community that work hard to offer a diverse
and curated shopping experience. We will
host a lively vendor market a minimum of
once every month with everything from
produce to clothing to cosmetics and more.
Rental Space
Our facilities, both indoor and outdoor will
be available for event rentals spanning
from weddings to birthday parties to
corporate events and anything in between.
